Since his business formation, John Swen has been successfully working with private, commercial, county and city institutions, specifically in the Southwest Florida area. He has been sought after for his expertise with obtaining permits, as well as offering his knowledge as a consultant per client basis. He focuses on individual client needs while fulfilling the project requirements based on county and/or city regulations.
ABOUT
John Swen has practiced landscape architecture in Southwest Florida for over thirty years. With a degree from the University of Florida in Landscape Architecture, he began his career on the southwest region of Florida and has continued to grow within the area ever since. After ten years of collaborative partnerships and 17 years with Charlotte Engineering & Surveying and American Consulting Professionals, he established John T. Swen, RLA Landscape Architecture.
